Special Guest Speakers: 
Amanda Turnill is the Australian Sector Leader for Life Sciences and the Joint Group Head for Life Sciences, Asia Pacific. Amanda specialises in commercial litigation/dispute resolution; the defence of product liability claims/class actions; and the regulation of pharmaceuticals. She advises pharmaceutical and medical device clients on all aspects of the product life cycle including pricing and PBS reimbursement; compliance with regulatory legislation; Medicines Australia Code of Conduct and MIAA complaints and appeals; advertising and promotion to HCPs; Administrative Appeal Tribunal appeals; registration of drugs; and liaison with regulatory/ industry bodies.  

Amanda has been consistently recognised in legal directories as an expert in life sciences and product liability.
